My name is Savino Sguera, and I live near Rome, Italy.
At the moment I’m a graduate computer engineering student @ the University of Rome Tor Vergata. I will graduate in summer 2008.
During Summer 2007 I participated in the Google Summer of Code program, with a project about software component provisioning. My mentoring organization was the Eclipse Software Foundation. Details here.
I achieved my BSc in computer engineering in May 2006 with a thesis about semantic coordination in a multi-agent system (the project has been described in a paper you can read here in my publications page).
I am a IEEE, IEEE Computer Society and AI*IA Student member.
My main career-related interests are software engineering and development, software systems architectures, design patterns, Semantic Web. During latest months I got into information retrieval and machine learning too.
